Information

  • All students are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure a course or training session.
  • All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
  • Student information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions.
  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

Booking Your Course

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received in full. This can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

  • All training is non-refundable.
  • In the event of mitigating circumstances resulting in you cancelling your training, we will review this at our discretion on a case by case basis.
  • We can accommodate changes to the dates of your training with a minimum of 14 days notice, subject to availability. Cancelations or changes made with less than two weeks notice, will require further payment.

Training Requirements

  • Our training is subject to students holding adequate previously obtained qualifications. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the required prerequisites for each course. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to obtain insurance.
  • Upon arrival at the Academy, you will be required to show both your ID and proof of qualifications. Failure to do so will result in your training being cancelled and no refund will be made.

Training Model Information

  • The Academy can provide models for the purpose of training.
  • If you would like to provide your own models, you can do this with prior agreement from the Academy. The treatments received will be charged to the model at a highly discounted rate, pricing available upon request at the time of booking. 

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please advise us as soon as possible. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will undertake to refer you to an Independent, approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Service and agree to co-operate and comply with any recommendations.

Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, written or via email.

Publicity Materials

Clinical photographs and videos may be taken of you and your treatment and used for educational and marketing purposes. Upon consenting to the clinic terms and conditions you consent to the unrestricted use of these photos and videos, and waive your rights to any royalties, fees and to inspect the finished production.

Statement of Agreement

Upon booking a course with our Academy you confirm and agree that you;

Have taken the time to consider and review all of the information provided and confirm that accept the terms and conditions.

Are satisfied that the training has been explained comprehensively and that you are happy to proceed.

Understand that whilst you have been advised as to a probable result of your training, this should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

Understand that that though complications are uncommon, they do sometimes occur during training. It is possible that side effects not described may occur and indeed that a complication not previously reported may occur for the first time.

Confirm that you have provided honest information regarding your prior education and training.

The Academy shall not be liable for any loss injury damage costs expenses or delay howsoever caused (and whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising directly or indirectly from the learner attending training within the Academy.

No part of any Nuovo Clinic / Nuovo Clinic Academy publication, document or other training material may be shared, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, storage in a retrieval system, or otherwise without the prior permission of the author.

Your information about you will be treated as confidential and access to it restricted in accordance with the Data Protection Act, unless specific permissions given.
