How does vascular laser treatment work?

The Candela GentleMax Pro Plus combines two laser wavelengths both the Alexandrite (755nm) and Nd:YAG (1064nm) for precise laser accuracy. The laser is absorbed by haemoglobin in the blood vessels and melanin in pigmented areas, breaking them down while also stimulating collagen production for skin rejuvenation. The treatment also uses cryogen cooling to ensure comfort throughout the treatment. Vascular laser treatment is a quick process that delivers excellent results.

Vascular treatments typically last between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area.

There is minimal downtime. There may be some slight redness or swelling, but this usually subsides within a few hours/days.
